COVID-19 Virus Update

With growing concerns around the novel coronavirus (COVID 19), we wanted to reach out to you to share the actions Airport Hyundai is taking to ensure our facilities are clean and safe for you, our team members and the communities in which we serve.

We remain committed to our customers and will continue to provide both sales and service of vehicles to the highest levels of customer experience we set for ourselves. We are open for business and continue to be a safe place for you to visit.

Your Safety – As it has always been, the health, safety and well-being of our customers and team members remain our highest priority. We take great pride in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. In response to the COVID-19, we have taken additional safety measures, following the lead of Canadian and local public health authorities to ensure your safety as well as the safety of our teams

As an extra precaution, we are taking the following steps to provide a healthy and safe environment for everyone.


The sales and the service departments will have gloves available for our guests and staff.

Customer Interaction Steps:

We are following recommended social distancing protocol and will be avoiding handshaking and other forms of contact.

Extra Sanitation Steps:

We’ve increased the frequency that we sanitize all areas of our dealership, especially our high traffic areas. We are using medical grade disinfectant solution. All restrooms are equipped with medical grade disinfectant soap.

Service Work Preparation:

Upon receiving of our customer’s vehicle, seat protectors are applied. Also, our employees are wearing gloves while working on any vehicle.

Hand Sanitizer Dispensers:

At high traffic areas we have provided hand sanitation stations. Additionally, there are hand sanitizers available at service desks, reception and lounges.

Travel Restriction:

We have canceled all business related travel for all of our staff members. Our staff members are required to advise of any of international personal travel. Any employee who has traveled over-seas within the last 30 days or is feeling ill for any reason is required to self-isolate for a period of 14 days.

Test drive and Loaner Vehicle:

All hard and soft surfaces of our test drive and loaner vehicles are being cleaned, vacuumed and wiped down every time they are used.
